Written Narration : An Island Story
When William the Conqueror died, his son, William Rufus, took the throne. He promised less tax and more liberty if the people fight together with him. One day the king had an archery contest and won six new arrows. He gave one to his friend, Walter Tyrrell. They then set out for hunting with a group of people. Soon they split from each other and no one noticed that the king was lost. After the hunt the people had return but the king and Walter Tyrell. A while later, someone carrying the king's dead body with an arrow in his heart came to the palace. People suspected Walter to be the killer but he admitted that he didn't kill the king. No one knows for sure why he died.
