Written Narration : English Literature for Boys and Girls

"Beowulf", a not so famous story book has gone through a fiery adventure.  It was and Anglo-Saxon book and is an old tale.  Long ago when James I and Charles I sat on the throne, an antiquary named Robert Bruce Cotton collected antiques and books.  Among them was "Beowulf".  He found it very hard to return books back to the library.  Soon, his library became famous but was taken away.  His son got it back but his great-great-grandson donated it to the nation.  In 1731 the library caught fire and "Beowulf" was still not well known yet.  A few years after the fire, "Beowulf" was found and put at the British Museum.  After many years, a Danish translated the book into English.
